3 out of 5 stars Were the kids they used in the pic to show how big the pool was midgits??   August 17, 2010

On Amazon, I've learned, sometimes, there are no good deals, and you get what you pay for..This is one of those times. I got this pool for my daughter's 2nd birthday. She was so excited. By the pics on the box, i thought it would be a couple feet deep, and big enough i could sit in it with her. I'm the average size, 5'6" 140lbs. This thing is like 5 foot wide(including inflatable sides, about 6" ea.)by about 6 foot long, and only about 8" deep, with a fill line at 6". Why didn't they advertise as a baby splash pool?I guess i got what i paid for. On that note, why did i pay 25.00 for it last week, then yesterday it was 35.00. Today, it is 89.95. DO NOT PAY 89.95 FOR THIS POOL!!!YOUR BEING RIPPED OFF.

1 out of 5 stars Picture size shown is NOT what it actually is!!!   August 6, 2010

I purchased this product, even after i read the review thinking that they wouldn't really sell something so fabricated as show on the box. Well... they did! It's extremely smaller than shown. I ordered this for my daughters 2yr Birthday Party and am REALLY disappointed in this product. I even bought it for the sale price of $24.95, but even still, it's not worth it! I would say that 3- 2yr olds could fit in i, but no more. I called the manufacturer and they said that the size is written on the box, but who really looks at that? Besides, Amazon.com doesn't even list the actual size... it's 74"Lx54"Wx43"H. So i guess these days you don't even get what you pay for.

4 out of 5 stars MUST BUY!!!   August 2, 2010
Excellent!!!!
I ordered this pool for my 2yr. old party it was wonderful it only takes 2days to ship and thats standard. I expected it to be very small but it was large enough for about 5-7 toddlers to get in also its very light weight. you must get this pool for it holds up really great!!!

3 out of 5 stars Another Case of Banzai's Blatantly Misleading Photos...   August 2, 2010

I purchased this pool knowing full well it wasn't going to be the size portrayed on the box. I have purchased enough Banzai products to know they're flat-out lying in their product pictures. This pool was only going to be used for one child though, so I didn't mind it being smaller than it appeared. The 4 children they have on the box is just insane. While my 2 year old son was playing in it, our next door neighbors little girl (whose about 3) came over and they had a great time in it. Anymore than that, and it would have been over-crowded. If you have one or two small children, I think this is a cute pool to beat the heat in, but it's HALF the size they show on the box...just a heads up.

Set up was easy enough. Blow up all the different sections (there's 7), then attach the garden hose to the water tube that sits on the green canopy and makes it 'rain'. I use the term 'rain' loosely though because it hardly does anything that comes close to rain. If you turn the water up too high, all the water pool in the front of the canopy and it starts to sag and fall over, but if there's not enough water pressure, hardly any water comes out. It didn't matter much for us though, as soon as my son saw there was a tube running up the side, he immediately set about yanking it off and playing with it.

Overall, I say 'Eh'. It's not a terrible pool, but there are better one's out there. I keep buying Banzai for a couple reasons: 1.They're sold at our local K-Mart and 2.They're usually pretty cheap (in the store), so if it gets a hole or isn't much fun, no worries cause it didn't cost much. Just know that whether you buy this pool or a different one from Banzai, what you see on the package is NOT what you will be getting...EVER. Always figure it to be about half the size of what they portray.

I have to agree with the gal that bought the other pool it is way way smaller then what they show on the box. my boys are fine with it but now at all happy with the size there really is not room for more then 2 children and they show 5 on the box. so beware of the size.
